You
must attend all presentations during the course to complete this program.
Cancellations
are accepted and refunds can be made up to 14 days prior to the
course starting time and date. There is a small $10 service charge for
a refund check to be issued. We are sorry but we are not able to make
refunds within 14 days of your course date. You may change your
reservation to another Family and Community Educational Services course
within the 14 days of your course date but there is a $25 charge. There
will be a $25 charge if your check is returned unpaid due to non-sufficient
funds or any other reason.
Your
information will be held for 16 days only, if your payment is not
received by that time, your registration information will be discarded
with no further action taken. If your check is received after this date,
it will be returned to you uncashed. Because there are many parents waiting
for admission, we can not hold reservations indefinitely. Send your payment
quickly to avoid problems.
At times
when reservations are nearly full, we may have to close reservations before
your check arrives. We determine your reservation date as the time your
payment is received by us. We will notify you immediately
if this happens and return your check uncashed. If this could
be a problem for you, we recommend that you pay online using
a credit card. It will ensure that you reserve your spot immediately.
